While Mei Pan Jewelry’s main goal is to support the orphans of South East Asia, an additional ministry of Mei Pan is to partner with you in raising money for various causes close to your heart.
Here is how it works.
- A Mei Pan Jewelry Fundraiser Party will function similarly to a home jewelry party.
- Fill out the form to the left to get in contact with Mei Pan Jewelry and set a date for your fundraiser.
- A Mei Pan representative will e-mail you an invitation card that you can print out and give to friends or simply attach it to an e-mail invitation of your own.
- Let your guests know that this is an open house style party. They can arrive and depart as it suits their schedule. There are no games or formal presentations. Also, guests that purchase jewelry at the party take it home that night--no ordering from catalogs and waiting for deliveries.
- After your guests have left your home, your Mei Pan Jewelry representative will tally the sales and give you a receipt indicating 20% of the total sales. This amount will be given to the non-profit organization that you are affiliated with.
*Make sure that Mei Pan Jewelry has the name of the non-profit organization to which your check will be written. Mei Pan Jewelry does not make checks payable to individuals who have fundraising parties.
*There will be no hostess gift because of the nature of a fundraising party.
